}List the merchant's boost/bury rules
Returns every boost/bury rule the merchant has, ordered by id. These rules are merchant-wide: the collection sorter applies them to every automatically sorted collection (per-collection rules live on the collection version instead). Read-only. Call it before PUT /boost-bury/rules, which replaces the whole set, so you can send back the rules you want to keep.
