The replication and publish-sync toggles of merchant_id’s group. A group that never changed a toggle answers the defaults (auto-replicate off, publish-sync on, recommendations off), and those are the values in effect, not a guess: fan-out and replication read the same defaults. A merchant in no group gets 400 NOT_IN_GROUP rather than defaults. Read-only.
