Set the like count of an Inspiration gallery entry

Sets likes on one gallery entry, which usually belongs to ANOTHER merchant: the body’s merchant_id/collection_id name the entry (take them from GET /published-collections/), while the query’s merchant_id is the caller. It sets the count, it does not increment it, so send the entry’s current likes + 1. An entry that does not exist is silently ignored. Side effect: queues a Shopify order sync-back for that collection. Returns null.
